Delivering Four School Renovation Projects in Just Six Weeks has proven to make a busy summer! Months of detailed planning, close collaboration, and hands-on delivery transformed these existing schools into modern, fully equipped learning environments.

Modernising Existing Schools to Support Today’s Teaching Needs

All four projects involved fully operational schools that required significant school renovation and spatial reconfiguration to better support current teaching methods. Our team worked closely with contractors, school leadership, and teaching staff to prepare well-used, “lived-in” spaces for construction at the end of term.

Completing each school renovation within the six-week holiday window required careful planning, clear communication, and precise execution across multiple sites.

Teachers often manage challenging layouts, limited storage, and a large volume of learning resources. Our aim was to address these issues, but it also meant removing all items before construction began. We coordinated the safe removal and storage of furniture, equipment, and teaching materials, allowing contractors full access to carry out refurbishment and upgrade works efficiently.

Comprehensive Classroom and Facility Renovations

Each school renovation included:

All furniture was supplied and installed prior to handover, ensuring staff returned in September to fully functional, ready-to-use teaching spaces.

As with many large-scale school renovation projects, unforeseen issues emerged that had the potential to affect programme and budget. Several sites required the safe removal of legacy asbestos and essential upgrades to existing utility infrastructure.

Despite these additional works, our team maintained progress and delivered every school renovation on schedule, ready for the start of term.
